We email you as your app approaches its seat limit. If auto-upgrade is on, your app moves up to the next plan when buyers need more seats, and the upgrade is billed right away. If auto-upgrade is off, or your app is on Scale, buyers cannot purchase new or additional seats until you upgrade in your Mintgrove console. Scale is the highest self-serve plan; contact us about Enterprise.
Yes. Revenue Share is a percentage of the subscription amount your buyers pay, before payment processing fees. It is charged in addition to your monthly platform fee, and the rate depends on your plan.
You can change your plan from the billing page in your Mintgrove console. You can't switch to a plan whose seat limit is lower than the number of seats you have purchased. The new plan's price starts on your next billing date, with no mid-cycle charge or credit. Your seat limit and revenue share rate update as soon as you save the change.
Yes. Scale offers annual billing at 10% off: $5,388 a year, compared with $5,988 paid monthly. Choose it when you sign up. Enterprise annual contracts are arranged directly with us.
Your monthly platform fee is billed through Stripe to the card you add during setup.
Mintgrove currently supports Stripe. Need a different provider? Join the waitlist and tell us what you use.
Your first platform fee is charged 7 days after you add your card, or at your first group subscription sale if that comes sooner. If you have an active offer, it applies from that date. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page in your account.
